๊ค a momo room ๊ค is a โhas-been-paid-forโ zine. this means that folks will receive zines without cost, or as we commonly refer to, for free!
however, we recognize that nothing is free, the costs are just absorbed somewhere along the process of production and by others.
we move away from the term โfreeโ toward language that recognizes the support structures that nurture ๊ค a momo room ๊ค into its shape and journey through the world!
๊ค a momo room ๊ค does not conceptualize itself as a formal literary magazine, but is instead a community publication. we will not be pursuing grant support or a formal institutionalizing process. it will remain a passion project of its founding momos.
